Joseph Beal serves as the bell choir director at LCOS in addition to being a LCOS member and serving as the Director of Traditional Worship at Zion Lutheran in Dayton. Joe is a music teacher in the Lebanon City Schools, where he co-directs the high school show choir, instructs high school theater, and teaches Kindergarten and First Grade General Music. Joe has been teaching music at all levels for 24 years. In addition to his work at Lebanon, Joe has been a private voice teacher and a member of the Dayton Opera Chorus. He received his Bachelor of Music degree from Miami University and a Master of Education degree from the University of Dayton.​
